To start off with the concept of co-working or co-working spaces let us just sit back for a moment and try to understand what do actually mean by the term “Co-working”. Millennials - is the phrase used to generally describe a person who reached adulthood in the early 21st century and covers the generation of people born between 1980 and 2000. Also they are a group of individuals who happen to be the largest and most diverse generation today. Millennials are the main pioneers of the co-working industry today, and they established this status by having some dominant traits within themselves that include their nature of being open, meeting new people, learning and development, networking with others, while being against the traditional structures. Since you have understood who the millennials are, let us now try to understand what are the advantages for a person to choose a commercial workspace/shared office space,
- Network building - This is a well-versed ability incase of millennials since they love to engage themselves in meeting new people and learning new things to develop upon. It’s a cakewalk for millennials to build a strong yet reliable network.
